My bouncer

I'll outgrown my bouncer soon. Technically speaking, this is koko's bouncer, a gift from shushu.

My baptism

I was baptized on the 17th of December 2011. This is my godmother, Auntie Annie

The priest put something sticky on my forehead

It seems like Daddy has plenty to read

This time the priest put his hands on my forehead

And then he washed my hair while proclaiming, "I baptized you in the name of The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit"
I didn't cry as I'm used to this way of washing hair by Popo :)

Daddy came up with this prayer:
Dear God, we thank you for the gift of this child to raise, this life to share, this mind to mold, this body to nurture and this spirit to enrich.

Help us dear God to help this precious child to become all you meant him to be. Let your grace and love fall onto him like gentle breeze. Bless Joshua with good health and give him the grace of wisdom all throughout his life.

After we are all done, it's time for some family photos

Next time when I grow up, will I be so handsome like Uncle Chang Foo?

P/S: Thank you to Shu Shu for taking our photographs

My full moon

Finally I'm 1 month old. That means I get to come home for good :)

Everybody was busy posing with me (or posing me :P)

There are a few rituals for a baby full moon.

First of, cutting the hair. I pity some of my friends who were shaved bald. Luckily Daddy didn't do that to me. Probably because it will take too long as I had too much hair :P Luckily too daddy didn't cut off my ear :P

Next of, bathing with pomelo leaves, or 'sai sou'. Mommy had to bath with those leaves too.

And after that I got my first bling blings :D

On that day, my Mai-po (grand-aunty) and Liu-gong(grand uncle) together with Gong Gong came all day the way to KL to visit me.

And as usual with any Chinese celebration, there are plenty to eat. Popo cooked all these yummy dishes
